The Service allows you to purchase AI-generated headshots on a pay-per-image basis. Payment is handled securely through Stripe or other third-party processors. We do not store payment card information.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to process the payment for your purchase.

4. AI Image Generation

• Reference selfies uploaded for AI generation are only used for the duration of the generation process and are not stored permanently.
• AI-generated images are stored in our database for 30 days after creation.
• Previously generated images from the past 7 days are visible when you reload the website.
• Purchased images remain visible for the remainder of their storage period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are at the sole discretion of ProfessionalHeadshotsAI.com. A refund may be issued only if there is clear evidence that the images were not delivered due to insufficient effort on our part to provide the Service. All decisions regarding refunds are final.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm others or the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading illegal or harmful content.
• Attempting to interfere with Service operations or security.
• Violating intellectual property rights of others.
